2. Services

Matthews Flower Farm offers outdoor flower farm access for scheduled photography sessions. Sessions are for photography purposes only and do not include a professional photographer unless explicitly stated. Access is limited to the specific date, time, and areas designated by Matthews Flower Farm.

We reserve the right to restrict access to certain areas of the farm due to weather, crop conditions, safety concerns, or farm operations.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be made in advance.

  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change.

  • Payment terms, deposits, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Booking Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and no-shows are subject to our Booking Policy.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled booking without notice may result in forfeiture of payment.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.

  • Arrive on time for scheduled services.

  • Follow all instructions, guidelines, or rules provided during the service.

  • Treat staff and property with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate or unsafe behavior.

6. Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation without refund, as outlined in our Booking Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, logos, images, and branding associated with our business are our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

9. Assumption of Risk

By entering the flower farm property, you acknowledge that the farm is a working agricultural environment. Risks may include uneven ground, mud, insects, wildlife, weather conditions, farming equipment, and natural hazards. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with being on the property for photography sessions.

You are responsible for the safety and supervision of all members of your party, including children.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Matthews Flower Farm, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, if applicable.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, natural disasters, illness, government actions, or technical failures.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
