Welcome to Matthews Flower Farm!
Matthews Flower Farm is a family-run farm rooted in land that’s been in my family for generations. What began as a quiet garden has grown into a space for beauty, connection, and intention—with flowers, chickens and stories all growing together under one sky.
A Legacy That Still Blooms
This land belonged to my great-grandparents, and the soul of it shows up in the everyday.
A big part of that legacy is Uncle Charlie, who once sold irises from this very farm. He’s the quiet heart of this place —the one who planted the first seed,

Bloom with Purpose: The Story Behind the Mural
We asked local artist Katie Coleman to create our Bloom with a Purpose mural. I wanted something bold, colorful, and true to the spirit of our farm. This mural isn’t just about brightening up a wall — it’s about reflecting what we value most: slow growth, deep roots, and intentional beauty.
Everything we do here is with care — from the flowers we nurture to the eggs we gather. As our farm grows and changes, we keep adding new chapters — day by day, month by month, season by season.
